About

Hilo Lagoon Centre is a mid-century modern building in downtown Hilo, Hawaii Island. Our condo unit 707 offers sweeping views of Mauna Loa, Mauna Kea mountains and the vibrant downtown area. Inside you have two suites flanking the main living area with kitchen. Furnishings are timeless design with wood and a natural wallpaper in the living room, it’s a perfect fit for business or leisure. One bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The entire condo is air conditioned with three thermostats and air handlers (one in each bedroom, plus the living room).

There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove/range, microwave, full size refrigerator, toaster, and plenty of plates etc. for 4 guests. There are also three small balconies to dine al-fresco and enjoy the view. There is one dedicated parking space, elevator, and outdoor condo pool.

Hilo is a historical town with a growing number of restaurants, shops, art galleries and a world famous farmers market. Minutes from shoreline activities like swimming, snorkeling, surfing , hiking, etc.

We (family of four) enjoyed our stay at this property.
The apartment is centrally located in Hilo and comfortable.
The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, and the necessary appliances for us to be able to prepare meals and have this option during the stay.

The management team was responsive to a few requests during the stay and support well.

The condo was clean and the building is really conveniently located in Hilo. The manager was helpful. The Lehua restaurant in the Imiloa Astronomy center was a great place for dinner, maybe ten minutes away by car. I would recommend this unit.

We have stayed in other units in this building, but none quite as nice as this! Well appointed and feels cozy. the mountain and town view is absolutely worth it. Loved it!

The condo was near downtown Hilo and a walking distance restaurant, farmers market etc . It was the perfect size for 2 couples. 2 bedrooms and kitchen, living room in between. The room decor was such a welcoming feeling. The room was immaculate, we will definately be back. 5 stars!

Hilo lagoon center 707 is our new favorite when we visit Hilo. Clean, refreshing and with a kitchen that has full size appliances. Two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Quiet building and minutes away from the downtown area, and it has amazing views of the mountains. The management person was accessible but not intrusive and offered great local tips. Would definitely recommend this one!
