Sea Turtle Suite, unit 403 is located on the 4th floor at Maunaloa Shores oceanfront condo in Hilo, Hawaii. The screened-in lanai brings a nice sea breeze from the Pacific Ocean into the condo. Looking down on the lush green jungle see the path leading to the water's edge. This is the best location to experience the calm beaches on the Hilo side of Hawaii Island. The lava rocks and reefs keep the waves low to enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the area.
Sea Turtle Suite has two bedrooms and one bathroom and sleeps up to 3 guests. The oceanside bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a sofa futon which folds down into a Full sized bed. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms and has a full bathtub with shower, toilet and one sink. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking appliances, range, oven, a full sized refrigerator, and dishes. The living room has a flat screen TV for streaming and free WiFi internet.
Maunaloa Shores condo is in the Keaukaha area of Hilo where there are several beaches within a few miles. There is one parking space included in your reservation. The building has secure key-operated elevators and a crisp swimming pool for your use.

We absolutely loved it. The building location could not be any closer to the ocean, we spent so much time right in the area. We had plans to do sightseeing but ended up mostly relaxing watching turtles in the sun. Highly recommend you check this out!

It was very nice. Easy to park and access the unit. The location was really great. It was so easy to swim in the ocean almost every day. The cross breeze with both doors open was great. The unit / furniture could use to be freshened up a bit especially given the high rental cost. The living room furniture is very dirty and not comfortable. My biggest complaint is the height of the shower head was at least a foot too low. I thought the kitchen was very well equipped which was important to me because I cook a lot. Also, it would be nice to have a few coffee filters for when people arrive and a few extra trash bags for extended stays. Maybe an offer of mid-stay housekeeping (for a fee) for visits over 2 weeks? The laundry was very convenient and appreciated. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying there again.
